Junior Customer Account Associate with Finnish (f/m/d)

Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Junior Customer Account Associate with Finnish supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Shared Services Center by assisting with the processing and reconciliation of customer payments across European markets. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in finance or accounting, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
You'll create impact by: Allocating standard, non-complex incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoicesSupporting the resolution of unallocated cash by gathering information and communicating with internal teams, and occasionally with customersProcessing customer refunds in accordance with company and local regulatory requirementsRecording all incoming payments accurately and resolving discrepanciesSupporting the preparation of domestic and international bank transfersAssisting in monitoring company bank accounts and preparing top-ups as neededSending and monitoring payment orders in electronic banking systemsAssisting in resolving rejected transfers and verifying payment statusesProviding transfer confirmations to internal and external stakeholdersParticipating in training and development activities to build knowledge of SSC processes and tools
Your success is grounded in:Good communication skills in English and FinnishAdditional knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plusUp to 1-2 year of experience in a finance or accounting role, experience in working in SSC will be an assetBachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldBasic understanding of financial processes and banking operationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or banking systems is an advantageStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
