Junior Customer Account Associate II (f/m/d)
Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Junior Customer Account Associate supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Shared Services Center by assisting with the processing and reconciliation of customer payments across European markets. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting their career in finance or accounting, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
You'll create impact by:Allocating standard, not complex incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices.Supporting the resolution of unallocated cash by gathering information and communicating with internal teams, incidentally with customers.Helping process customer refunds under supervision and in line with company procedures.Ensuring accurate data entry and assisting in identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.Preparing standard domestic and international bank transfers.Assisting in monitoring company bank accounts and preparing top-ups as needed.Helping submit payment lists and monitoring order statuses in electronic banking systems.Providing administrative support for rejected transfers and transfer confirmations.Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Participating in training and development activities to build knowledge of SSC processes and tools.
Your success is grounded in:Up to 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (internships or student placements welcome). Experience in working in SSC will be an asset Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Basic understanding of financial processes and banking operationsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or banking systems is an advantage Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
