Provide second-level support for Salesforce support items, focusing on areas such as automation, validation, integration (including SAP and other systems), and configuration topics.Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user issues with guidance from senior specialists, ensuring a high-quality Salesforce experience for internal customers.Collaborate with business and IT colleagues, architects, and team members across our global organization to help deliver sustainable Salesforce solutions.Assist with root cause analysis and help identify process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.Contribute to the documentation of processes and the maintenance of data models within the Salesforce landscape.Proactively develop your knowledge by staying informed about new Salesforce features and best practices and participating in training and mentoring opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

Salesforce Administrator certification required (or firm commitment to obtain it in the first 6 months); additional certifications (such as Platform Developer) are a strong plus.Initial experience supporting or configuring Salesforce (automation, validation, configuration, or integrations preferred); some exposure to Salesforce development (APEX, Lightning Components) is a plus but not mandatory.Willingness and motivation to learn from senior colleagues and develop technical and professional skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong service orientation.Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit; fluency in English (spoken and written).Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is a plus.
