Minimum requirements:
Matric plus a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous 2 - 3 years’ experience in service coordination, helpdesk, or operations support Experience working closely with clients and service technicians Understanding of technical service environments (refrigeration, field service, or maintenance preferred) Basic computer skills Refrigeration knowledge or technical background will be an advantage Willingness to work after hours and on standby as needed Valid drivers license plus own transportation
