Main job function

Handle the full range of conveyancing matters, specifically in the residential Mortgage Bond environment. Draft and review legal documents and agreements. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and timelines. Maintain and update files accurately on LexisConvey/GhostConvey. Provide professional support and guidance to clients throughout the process. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the conveyancing department Ability to mentor and manage paralegals

Qualifications

LLB Degree (with good academic results) and Admitted Attorney & Conveyancer. Notary Public will be an advantage.

 

Criteria

3 years’ proven experience working as a Conveyancer. Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law. Proficiency in E4, WebConvey, LexisConvey, Windeed and LexisSign Excellent drafting, reviewing, and communication skills. Ability to manage files independently. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
