As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Conversational Designer to join our Professional Services team. This role is vital for those passionate about creating engaging conversational experiences that connect businesses with their customers through various channels.
Key responsibilities
assist in translating statements of work into functional conversational experiences; support research and requirement gathering with clients and end users; design user-friendly conversational flows and contribute to dialogue writing; help identify the need for language localization and cultural adaptation; participate in heuristic evaluations of existing dialogue and flows; assist in creating NLP strategies, mapping intents, and building expression libraries; maintain updated design documentation; take part in testing activities and iterate based on results; help curate content and conversational flows post launch to suggest improvements; engage in prototyping solutions; collaborate with other designers and team members at Sinch.Core Skills
