Based in Oradea, we are looking for a Junior Controller to join our Finance Team!
This will be your impact:
Assist in the preparation of financial planning, budgeting, reporting and audits. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in performing yearly cost calculations for factory manufactured products. Support the preparation of reports for factory management. Analyze, reconcile and bridge as well as drive productivity initiatives to bring cost reductions. Data extraction from different tools/systems (e.g. SAP) and their consolidation and analysis as well as developing, automating and maintaining reporting templates.This is how you'll win us over:
You are a skilled graduate and have 1-2 years of experience in controlling or accounting. Knowledge of SAP is mandatory as well as strong MS Excel skills. You recognize digitization as an opportunity and productivity drive and are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions like Power BI. You can use English on business level. You have strong analytical skills; you are detailed oriented and enjoy working with large datasets. You are willing to learn and open-minded. You are a strong team player.What do we offer:
