Purpose and Mission
We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Junior Controller to join our Operations Finance team at our production site. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to start their journey in finance and controlling within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role is designed to be developmental, with a clear path toward becoming a Controller.
You will work closely with experienced finance professionals, supporting key processes and gaining hands-on experience in areas such as inventory management, costing, and financial planning. You’ll also collaborate with shopfloor teams and local management, bridging the gap between operations and finance.
You will be directly responsible for:
- Supporting month-end closing activities
- Assisting with costing processes
- Contributing to inventory management and stock rating
- Supporting Capex tracking and analysis
- Participating in FP&A activities
You will also support colleagues in:
- Sales reporting and Q2C processes
- S2P and R&D capitalization
- Business partnering and financial analysis
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:
- Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively with shopfloor and management teams
- Fluent in English and Dutch
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Internship or short experience in a manufacturing or multinational corporation
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and management accounting
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
