Support topline performance through ad hoc analysis and recommendations of which, promotions ROI optimization, pricing optimization, customer strategy and P&L, trade terms effectiveness

Be responsible for supporting our business partners in the Specialized Nutrition Unit during Closing, Rolling Forecast and AOP process and drive continuous improvement of anylysis & reporting setup

Support forecasting process of sales discounts, trade terms, promotion expenses, its allocation by customer and follow up on themInvolvement into the GPS process to ensure a strong link between GPS Controlling & Business controllingAnticipate risks & opportunities inherent to the defined KPIs and recommend optimization solutions to the N+1 and stakeholdersManage and ensure that the monthly closing and reporting process is accurate and on timeSuccessfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with specialization in financeFirst relevant professional experience in finance/controllingChallenging mind set and process improvement/optimization mentalityStrong communication skills as well as presentation skills and solution-oriented interaction with diverse stakeholdersHigh flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilienceExcellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP and Power BI is a plusFluent language skills in English
