The Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Junior Content Creator to join our Employer Branding team for a 3-month short-term contract based in Lisbon. The contract can start in June or July 2025.
As part of the team, you will help bring WTW’s employer brand to life through engaging video content across different platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to develop creative video concepts, create videos with a smartphone and your colleagues
This opportunity is ideal for student or early graduate who is creative, autonomous, and eager to gain hands-on experience in employer branding and content marketing within a global company.
What you will do:
Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content to support WTW’s employer brand initiatives. Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on creative content ideas and video storytelling. Support content creation for social media and the careers site. Create video recordings with a smartphone, including interviews with colleagues. Ensure content is aligned with WTW’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. Curate and manage video assets and content libraries. Stay up-to-date with video trends, tools, and best practices for social media content.The Requirements
Passion for video creation, storytelling, and social media content. Solid experience (professionally or personally) in professional video or social media video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or equivalent). First experience in shooting video with a smartphone — with a good eye for composition and framing (school projects, personal social media profiles, etc). Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus (After Effects, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.). Strong creative thinking and attention to detail. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with a global team. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). A portfolio or examples of previous video projects for social media is mandatory (they may be your personal profile videos, school projects or professional projects).
