We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Taiwan.
You will provide advisory consulting services to clients on employee benefits design, as well as supporting benefits implementation and monitor program operations. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Understanding the health and employee benefits market, including benefit design strategies, vendor capabilities, and healthcare cost factors, to propose suitable solution or optimization based on clients’ benefit philosophies and program structures.Assisting in the implementation of benefit programs and monitoring operational efficiency. After the solution is launched, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and employee questions.Preparing and presenting renewal proposals, quantitative analyses, and survey results during year-end program reviews, while also supporting administrative operations by coordinating and reviewing contracts, invoices, reports, and analyses.Leading or supporting internal projects focused on new solution development and go-to-market strategies through collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.What you need to have:
