Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the accurate migration of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) from legacy templates to updated formats. Transfer and validate critical resource analysis outcomes, ensuring completeness, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards. Review existing documentation for gaps or inconsistencies and correct them during the migration process.

Required Experience and Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formatting, cross-referencing) and Microsoft Word (template handling, formatting, document review). Basic written English proficiency to ensure accurate interpretation and entry of content. Proven ability to work with structured templates and data documents. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work. Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to feedback or changes in documentation requirements. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple documents with minimal supervision.
