Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Junior Construction Manager who can manage budgets and schedules on small projects. This is a contract to potential direct hire opportunity with one of the world’s most respected design, engineering, and project management consultancies and will be located Mesa AZ.

Job Description:
Jr. Project Manager/ Construction Manager coordinates administrative tasks, manages the budget and schedule on small projects, monitors project progress, and communicates with stakeholders under senior supervision.
Key responsibilities include building and tracking construction schedules. Managing the budget, commitments, and communication. Managing Contractors and subcontractor relationships, ensuring safety is a priority, and performing site visits to oversee quality/construction. The candidate will manage and oversee the project from cradle to grave with the assistance of the Senior PM on site. The working hours will be Monday thru Friday 40 hours a week with some exception to weekend work due to the construction schedule. Full time on site with some remote work opportunities after Contract to Hire period is completed. Experience and willingness to learn how to comprehend construction drawings, knowledge in construction scheduling, cost and budgeting. Knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, and Scheduling software. (Ariba and Procore is a huge plus). The successful candidate will be willing to learn and take on a challenge. Knowledgeable in construction.
