Junior Configuration Analyst

Role Purpose

Primarily responsible for supporting and delivering the definition, design, configuration and amendment of insurance products for our clients.

This is an opportunity that will present exposure to many well-known Insurance brands, working within a well established company and well-known team in the London Insurance Market with opportunities for career path development in many directions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (such as: Computer Science, Applied Physics, or Applied Mathematic), or similar discipline.
 6-12 months’ experience in an Analyst/Developer type role would be a strong asset. 
 Logical and  analytical mindset (knowledge of statistic would be a plus).
 Adept at problem solving.
 Able to meet deadlines to multitask and work under pressure with accuracy and focus.
 and mathematical.
 Strong English communication skills, both written and verbally (C1+ preferred) 
 Passionate and enthusiastic approach to their work and ability to interact well with others at all levels within the business.
 Professional approach. 
 Ability to respond to instructions and deal with the given task in front of you.
 Team player, coupled with the ability to work under your own initiative.
 Practical knowledge of any programming language would be extremely beneficial. 
 Willingness to grow and getting expertise with complex internal tool.

 

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite at our Krakow office.

Undertake the configuration of analytical products within the toolset and assist in the definition of the underlying logic.
 Assist the Business Analysts and Consultants in their design and configuration.
 Interpret clients’ needs and translate them into documented business, functional and technical requirements.
 Work with business stakeholders to provide advice and guidance.
 Assist in the preparation of, and maintenance of, training material.
 Play a part in ongoing client support, particularly in the use of the tool.
 Work as part of a team and take responsibility for continuous personal and team development.
 Any other duties commensurate to the seniority of the role.
