CSC's Early Talent Program prepares you over a 12-month period for a position in legal services. At the end of the program, you will be a fully trained and all set to for a brilliant career within our organization.
Some of the things you’ll be doing
Ensure that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations Assist with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures Assist the clients’ client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance Enable the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters Keep the records of the client entities up to date Sustain and strength our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services Act as a gatekeeper and make sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
A bachelor’s degree in law (or equivalent), ideally in Dutch Law Knowledge of, or willingness to gain deep understanding of, Dutch regulatory frameworks, particularly Wtt 2018 (preferred), Wwft 2018, and Sanctions regulations. Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach. Excellent command of English and Dutch (spoken and written). Confident drafting and organisational skills.
