debt collection, including telephone calls and sending email reminders.handling payment orders as part of the agreed repayment plan.bank account management: analysis of receipts, preparation and sending to the Settlements with Acceptors Team a list of receivables that should be settled with payments in order to be correctly recorded in the financial and accounting system, analysis of rejected payment orders, preparation of data for the Settlements with Acceptors Team, enabling correct recording of rejected amounts in the financial and accounting system.change of form of settlement in the case of unpaid debts.processing customer complaints regarding incorrect form of settlement, failure to terminate the contract, incorrectly charged fees.What you need to be successful:
