The Junior Client Relationship Manager, Client Services (“JCRM”) has the responsibility to assist the Client Relationship Manager(s) and Management team on all client relationship management functions. This includes the responding and processing of client communications to submitting all transactional work, including the revision and completion of any onboardings and offboarding processes. The JCRM will be required to participate in all projects that encompass reporting on our clients and / or allocated portfolio.
The Junior Client Relationship Manager is part of the Client Services Team and would report into either a Client Relationship Manager, Assistant Vice President, Vice President or similar. A typical career path would encompass the ability to be part of a growing team and move into a Client Relationship Manager role, supported globally with local and international opportunities for growth and development.

The role will cover aspects from reviewing client instructions, minutes /resolutions, the submission of all transactional instructions from clients, assurance of compliance by clients of their reporting obligations in terms of beneficial ownership, economic substance, billing and invoicing, onboarding/offboarding and similar. Exposure to and a working understanding of the Registrar of Companies (ROC), the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and internal reporting systems is preferred.

This position requires a good written and oral communication skillset, the ability to meet tight deadlines and a willingness to learn. Applicants must be highly motivated and organized with an ability to work on their own initiative but report on daily functions to the Client Relationship Manager(s).
Computer literacy is essential. The Junior CRM will not be given an allocated portfolio unless otherwise decided but rather assist the Client Relationship Managers in ensuring fierce client spirit. No job description is all-encompassing; the main areas of workflow could encompass the following:
Written and verbal client communications, oversight and management of a designated client inbox. The need to understand client due diligence requirements. Ability to unilaterally ensure that onboarding and offboarding processes are followed within policy and procedure. Timeous and effective processing of client, law firm and authorised intermediaries’ requests – including following up with the required internal teams through the appropriate mechanisms. Experience of registered office type instructions and the experience of statutory filings with applicable government and regulatory portals is advantageous as this role will require the submission of these to the appropriate team. Previous exposure to the reading and processing of both board and shareholder resolutions is advantageous. Knowledge of the REEFs Cayman Island Monetary Authority’s platform ensuring that all regulated entities are in good standing is advantageous. Awareness of regulatory and statutory deadlines throughout an annual cycle including knowledge of the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act monthly filings and Economic Substance Notification Filings to be made prior to the filing of the Annual Return due. Ability to assist clients on invoicing matters including ensuring that all internal processes are followed. Assist with any ad-hoc projects required by the management team.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Enjoy interacting with and supporting people whilst being able to take instruction and work independently Proven senior corporate administration experience Ability to work under internal reporting deadlines Ability to work under annual regulatory deadlines whilst maintaining a good written and oral communication skills Proven understanding of corporate structures and relevant local regulations and best practices is preferred Willingness to work in office and up to 5pm Cayman Islands time, ensuring global coverage on specified clients Attention to detail Experience in communicating with clients and any intermediary via email and in person is preferred Experience using the following systems: CAP / CORIS / ViewPoint / Good levels of working on Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams (required) / Laserfiche / ViewPoint /SAP Billing systems is beneficial.At CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 KYD to $63,000 KYD.
