Determined contract (2 years) 

 

The role is responsible for sourcing, procurement activities within the General and Administration area (HR, Professional Services, Travel, IT, Legal, Finance, Facility and other categories). The individual must be a subject matter expert in indirect sourcing and procurement strategies, operations and related activities. This will include using strategic sourcing principles such as spend analysis, whole process of RFx, auctions, contract management, negotiations and supplier management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deep and current understanding of local supply/commodity markets and leverage procurement methodologies to drive categories Manage the sourcing process by creating RFX, analysis, evaluation, negotiation, and award Collaborate with internal stakeholders including to lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams; optimize internal processes and workflows related to supplier onboarding and delivery, and influence to make the most value-oriented purchasing decisions Establish supplier relationship management program in conjunction with stakeholders Manage and monitor the entire process of signing and archiving local contracts and contractual supplements to ensure valid local contracts are in place Conduct regular supplier evaluation and develop suppliers through the use of agreed targets and service levels Define and implement innovative negotiation strategies for cost and contract negotiations Responsible for assessing and managing local supply risk

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

 

Required

Experience in procurement activities, sourcing, contract management (min. 2 years) Negotiation and relationship building skills Communication skills, including a B2 English level, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel Operational expertise: SAP experience (or other ERP), RFP processes 

 

Preferred

Understanding of and experience in contract law and applicable legislation
