In this role, you will assist in collecting and analyzing supplier data, purchase orders, and contract terms from various commodity groupsFurther, in conjunction with strategic procurement, commodity managers, buyers, and engineers: you will keep the supplier qualification up to date and anticipate with the registration/qualification process for the suppliers who are expired, not qualified or other pending status for project packagesYou will participate in supplier pool and supplier development plan initiativesAdditionally, you will support the Buyers and Commodity Managers on supplier Frame Agreement developmentYou will also build and maintain supplier databases and procurement dashboardsConsulting with various departments and business units where needed to fill gaps in datasheets and vendor information is part of your roleYou will be responsible for participating in supplier communications and other requirementsFurther, you will follow procurement standards and quality systems and focuses on compliance with procurement work processes
