About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Business Project/Process & System Tester to join our Strategy & Transformation Team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to the success of strategic transformation initiatives. You will be part of a global team, collaborating with professionals from around the world. The role focuses on testing new systems and tools introduced through key projects that optimize our -Lead to Cash- process flow. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct testing of new business systems and tools introduced by the Strategy & Transformation team in one of the following areas: Quoting, Master Data, Order Management or Entitlement/Provisioning * Document test cases, results, and issues clearly and accurately * Identify, report, and help resolve defects and inconsistencies in system functionality * Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure high-quality system implementation * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with relevant stakeholders * Assist in validating end-to-end processes across business functions
