In this role you will be presenting monthly to the CIO on operational metrics (finance, risk, project updates, people/diversity metrics and more), and utilizing data to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership and guide data-driven decision making. You will track department budgets and resourcing, draft month end reporting and providing analysis of financial budget and technology risk metrics, and compile executive level presentations and strategy updates. In this role you will help develop a risk led culture in coordination with risk management and technology teams, tells the technology story through metrics, and provides ad-hoc support for Senior Leadership, Team Leads, and other business managers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrable analytics skills such as utilizing data and providing insights to executive leadership to make data-driven decisionsOrganized and good time management abilities to support a global team with a wide variety of business and technology stakeholdersA risk mindset to assist in developing a risk led culture, in coordination with risk management and technology teamsFinance / Budget experience to support the tracking of monthly budgets and resourcing and strong interpersonal skills to create collaboration and connection across team members.
