**Job description: Junior BDE**
**-PrimaryResponsibilities:-**
**- Selling solution sets in a geographic territory and surrounding area-**
**- Identify leads via cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources anddevelop relationships with C level executives within targeted markets andsectors-**
**- The primary focus and objective will be to develop new logo business intarget accounts-**
**- Develop leads into pursuits and close pursuits-**
**- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop anddeliver compelling value propositions-**
**- Lead and motivate sales pursuit teams-**
**- Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirementsand solutions-**
**- Support the development of project proposals, employ data gatheringtechniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions toclients-**
**- Make significant contributions to the local team and the company salesculture-**
**- Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closingprocess-**
**- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities-**
**The Candidate:-**
**- 2-7 years of experience in selling complex, IT services/customizedtechnology services-**
**- 2 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consultingservices for a Tier 1 or 2 global services**
**- 2 years of experience serving clients**
**- Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments,issues and the trends affecting technology spend-**
**- A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas**
**- Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed salestargets on a YOY basis-**
**- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executiveswithin middle market companies-**
**- History of successful sales of technology services deals across multipleofferings including specific experience in application lifecycleservices, mobility, cloud, testing solutions**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
