We will rely on you to:
To actively add value to the winning of new business to support MMB in achieving its new business target in Employee Benefits especially for the Corporate segment.
Building internal relationships across the group; embedding yourself in client facing teams to act as an ambassador of MMB and identify new cross sell opportunities
Maintain a sales funnel based on meaningful opportunities with a target market of prospects, with the aim of winning new business from companies that have all the attributes of a profitable MMB client.
Ownership of long-term prospect relationships, understanding their industry, key client needs and business drivers to identify potential MMB solutions and differentiate our proposition
Utilize your market knowledge and internal service insights to engage potential prospects effectively, generating interest and securing meetings or presentations.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address prospects’ needs and clearly communicate the value of MMB’s services.
Lead the entire account process from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations and expectation management, to achieve favorable financial outcomes.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of markets and industries to identify new relationship opportunities, target new accounts, and expand existing client relationships.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with insurers, prospects and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, uphold commitments, and foster long-term partnerships.
Introduce and promote new products, facilitating deeper market penetration and cross-selling opportunities within the Marsh McLennan business.
Represent MMB at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations to expand your network, stay informed on industry trends, and enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
What you will need to have:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.
At least 3 years of experience within an Employee Benefit role, bringing a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and sales strategies.
Strong technical insurance and legal competency, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge, stay ahead of industry trends and can deliver innovative solutions.
