Currently we are looking for a person for the position: **(Junior) Business Controller - Animal Health division** Place of work: Warsaw – Mokotów Hybrid model of work (50% work from the office, 50% work from home) **Tasks and responsibilities** **1. Leading planning processes in Boehringer Ingelheim PL AH & Infrastructure ( Budget, LTF):** + Creating and monitoring local planning schedule + Preparing local tools + Supporting managers during the planning but also challenging them + Calculating different scenarios + Data checking and putting them to the systems + Active participation in planning meetings + Preparation of presentations **2. Business partnering:** + Supporting Management Team AH in decision making process + Presentation and analysis of financial results to managers (regular meetings/update) + Constant analyzing of business situation - come to the conclusions + Monitoring and control of all spendings in AH & Infrastructure + Monitoring sales results – check discounts; new SKU + Customer Bonus Discount monitoring **3.Cooperation with Controlling Team Vienna** **4.Month/year closing – provision list preparation for Accounting Colleagues** **5.Providing reports/consultations “ad-hoc” for Management Team from Controlling area** **6.Providing financial consulting for commercial actions** **7.Trainings for new employees from Business in using reporting tools** **About our future employee** + Higher finance education + Very good command of English language (min.
