Junior Business Analyst & Italy CRM Coordinator Internship

Marsh is seeking a young talented candidate to join as Junior Business Analyst & Italy CRM Coordinator  through our Professional Graduate Programme our Corporate Segment based in Milan in the Business Development Corporate team. The Corporate segment targets companies with a turnover between 25 and 350 million; The segment is divided into two sub-segments: Private Companies and Public Entities. The strategy of this segment is to support the different types of customers in a customised way according to the turnover range, providing solutions in line with customer needs.

The candidate will be introduced in our Organization for an inspiring opportunity, which will enable professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

What can you expect?

A journey of growth and acceleration that includes both technical and theorical training moments to be alternated with on-the-job training sessions with the steady coaching of three different key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor and a Buddy;

A Career progression within Marsh: starting with an initial 6-month internship aimed to 2/3 of apprenticeship, you will have a chance to accelerate your career through an employment agreement, that will be tailored upon your performance and dedication.

We will count on you to:

Be the primary point of contact for Italy for our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), supporting each area of the business in developing customized reports, dashboards and analysis;

Participate to the European meetings to be updated about latest developments of the platform and collaborate with other European coordinators to ensure alignment with international strategies;

Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making;

Support, create and manage individual development plan that includes financial goals, specific prospects and sales strategies;

Collaborate closely with Segment Leader to understand business objectives, requirements, and ensure alignment with strategies;

Ensure the continuous collaboration with Marketing team to conduct and develop sales campaigns;

Support HR function in sales training and other professional development courses;

Support the Corporate Segment leader in defining annual Sales Goals for each individual in the organization and implementing analysis to estimate the reach of their sales objectives

What you need to have:

University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.) or similar;

Fluency in English beyond that in Italian;

Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint);

A strong interest in the area of Risk Management and insurance brokerage;

Confidence with CRM tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365
