Skills and Requirements 1-2 years experience in business analysis or program/project delivery roles. Strong documentation skills: ability to capture meeting notes, translate business needs, and review solution design documents. Experience writing test cases and executing functional testing. Working in cross-functional teams and reviewing technical documentation. Collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience with end-to-end delivery: from requirements to testing and validation. Review solution design documents created by tech teams and provide feedback. Background in commercial or small business credit. Exposure to solution design documentation processes. Understanding of financial services or banking operations. No coding required, but must understand technical solutioning at a high level.
