**Our Team:**
_BA&C Regional team monitors regional financial performance and trajectory, drives finance planning and forecasting processes, provides support to regional management on financial assessment of the business performance & making informed business decisions, as well as contributes / drives transversal initiatives to improve region’s profitability and promotes simplification, harmonization, and automation in Finance organization._
**Job Purpose:**
+ _Ensure_ **_accurate and timely closing_** _of the structural & personnel costs and headcount._
+ **_Support country/zone finance teams_** _during forecasting process._
**Main responsibilities:**
**_Participate in Monthly closing activities_**
+ _Responsible for monthly closing activities on structural & personnel costs, including accruals review and booking, expenditure reclass, allocations, etc._
+ _Warranty that costs are correctly booked in local systems._
+ _Analyse on a monthly basis all country/zone central costs notably: structural cost, personnel costs and headcount._
**_Be a Business Partner for business teams_**
+ _Prepare monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and/or budget and forecasts for structural & personnel costs._
+ _Track headcount on a monthly basis and compare to budgeted and forecasted vacancy rates, including trend analysis for key drivers of change._
+ _Manage Personnel Costs controlling, including STI & Sales Force Bonus Accrual._
+ _Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owners._
+ _Support stakeholders in sound understanding of structural costs, personnel costs and headcount trajectory._
**_Participate in budget & forecast_**
+ _Develop forecast related to structural & personnel cost: work in hand with local teams, run scenarios based on local guidelines and ambitions in order to deliver best estimate expenditure forecast (ensure data accuracy in a timely manner)._
+ _Proactively identify related risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of this forecast._
**_Perform other finance tasks_**
+ _Identify and request or perform Master data management in systems._
+ _Participate in internal control and audit processes to ensure compliance within his/her perimeter._
About you
+ **Experience** : _1+ years of financial controlling experience. Strong expertise in financial processes. Prior experience of working in a global environment._
+ **Soft skills** : _Strong rigor and ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines, Ability to take ownership and ensuring the integrity of the financial operations through an impeccable understanding of the finance drivers, A well-developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity, Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner, Collaborative and highly proactive attitude and ability to interact and communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholders, Highly capable working in multiple systems and tools._
+ **Technical skills** _: Proficiency in Excel, ERP (e.g., SAP), reporting tools (e.g., TM1) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Qlik sense, etc.)_
+ **Education** : _Degree qualified in finance and/or accounting_
+ **Languages:** _fluency in English is required, 2nd foreign language knowledge is preferred (French, German, Italian)_
