**About the role**
Are you eager to leave a mark on the OTC world with innovative ideas? Reckitt is looking for a Junior Brand Manager who is not only organised and proactive but also brimming with creativity. As Junior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the tactical management of the assigned OTC brands in the Nordic countries hereby contributing to the Net Revenue, Gross Margin and market share performance.
**Your responsibilities**
**Annual Brand Plan:** Participation in the creation of the Nordic brand plan for his/her portfolio of brands, including strategy, initiatives, 4Ps and financial plan.
**Innovation:** Developing new products based on trade or consumer insights. From quantifying the opportunity to developing the right 4Ps proposition, trade story and launch support:
**Portfolio Management:** Managing the brand’s portfolio through possible regulatory changes and discontinuations. Updating the portfolio assets for the Sales Team such as SKU menu, packshot or product catalogue content.
**Communication: I** mplementing the agreed brand communication pipeline, developing the required assets and monitoring performance against KPIs.
**Trade Marketing:** Defining assortment. Price and promotion guidelines per channel.
**Brand performance:** Tracking and analyzing brand performance utilizing market and financial reports. Amending plan to act on new challenges / opportunities.
**Budget management:** Managing the brand’s budget per initiative/country. Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and managing budget trackers.

**Functional Skills:**
- Solid understanding of commercial finance.
- Experience with AC Nielsen, CATMAN and other market research software is considered a plus.
**Language Skills:**
- Fluency (oral and written) in English is a must-have
- Scandinavian language is considered as an advantage
**Software Skills:**
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
**Education and Work Experience**
- 1 – 2 years of experience from trade marketing, brand marketing, communication or innovation with gained skills of conceptualizing, analyticalizing, developing marketing strategies, tactics and measurable implementation from FMCG, OTC or retail industry
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from recognized business school or university
