The Role
Condé Nast Italy is looking for a curious and motivated Junior Art Director to join its Commercial Creative Department. The person will assist Art and Production teams in the development of visual contents for multi-platform commercial projects involving Condé Nast brands (including Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Wired, AD, Traveller & La Cucina Italiana). The ideal candidate comes with previous experience in a Creative Agency or Media Center, showing a creative mindset and a great desire to grow in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in the development of visual concepts across various platforms including print, digital, social media, and video.

Create visual assets for advertising campaigns, social media content, landing pages, promotional materials, and packaging

Curate design for small-scale projects or parts of larger campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met with attention to detail, working along with Production Team

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present visual ideas, incorporating feedback to refine concepts

Help maintain consistency and high visual standards across all creative outputs

Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives and creativity to the team

Primary Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction roles, within a Creative Agency or Media Center, preferably developing projects for Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty Industries

Professional working proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch

Strong visual sense and passion for contemporary trends in design and communication

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a creative team environment
