As an Analytics Solution Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering analytics and visualisation assets end-to-end. This includes managing stakeholders, leading projects, automating data processes, and mentoring team members. Collaborating within a global team, you will create solutions ranging from descriptive business intelligence dashboards to prescriptive quantitative models, with the potential to expand into data science applications. Your ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences will ensure your work delivers optimal results across diverse business teams. What you offer

A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, or Economics, with strong academic performance1+ years of experience in an analytics function, including data visualisation and stakeholder managementProficiency in two or more of the following: data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx), scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP)Experience with scheduling and data automation, alongside a solid analytical background working with large datasetsStrong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse technical and business stakeholders, and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
