Junior Analyst- Human Resources
What You Can Expect: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Brazil team as a Jr. Analyst in HR. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our Sao Paulo office. You will provide essential support across various functions, including general office management, basic HR administrative tasks, and assistance to our local team and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career to gain broad experience in a dynamic environment with a top global spirits company. **Meaningful Work From Day One:** + **HR Administration Support:** + Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks. + Welcome new hires, provide office tours, and assist with setting up their workstations/technology. + Maintain physical employee files accurately and confidentially, adhering to local regulations. + Support employee engagement activities and initiatives. + Help organize HR-related events and employee recognition efforts (like gifts). + Assist with processing payments for HR suppliers and benefits providers. + Provide support for larger company meetings or conferences as needed. + **Office Operations & Facilities:** + Act as the first point of contact for office needs, liaising with building management for maintenance issues. + Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized. + Oversee relationships with office service providers (e.g., cleaning, reception services), managing contracts and performance. + Serve as the office health and safety point person. + Utilize procurement systems (like Coupa) for purchasing related to office needs and events. + **Local Team Support:** + Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings and catering arrangements. + Organize agendas and logistics (travel, accommodation, meeting rooms) for external guests and visiting executives. + Assist with planning and execution of office events, such as team gatherings, Town Halls, and potentially trade visits. + Support business travel arrangements for team members (booking flights, hotels, transportation). + Manage the local company vehicle program.. **What You Bring to the Table:** + Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative, support, or related field is a plus, OR a strong desire to build a career in office administration. We welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates with relevant skills. + Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to interact professionally with colleagues, visitors, and vendors. + Language: In addition to fluency in Portuguese, intermediate English in a business environment is needed. + Tech Savviness: Proficiency with computer applications, particularly Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
