About the team:
About the role:
The person in this role will be dedicated to customer service and documenting processes, resolving queries with a high degree of quality and accuracy. They receive and process different process documentation (including document generation) and enquiries using the technology and documentation provided (ARIS tool). The KMCoE modeler will have specialist knowledge on ARIS and SOP tools. This team will provide a streamlined, consistent and highly effective range of services for its customers (employee, areas, business units).

• Documenting and expanding knowledge transfer and retention
• Proactive and hard-working customer service
• Finding solutions and embedding smart results to drive continuous improvement
• Share ideas and solutions with collaborators allowing them to build their knowledge and reputation.
• building strong relationships within the markets globally and collaborators will create diversity and further stretch in the role.
Role Responsibilities:
• Delivers service to agreed performance levels and beyond. SLA targets relate to process Documentation Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction.
• Manages activities relating to Documenting process, SOP, and process discovery.
• Monitor the completion of project related to SOP and process documentation.
• Manage all queries with collaborators related to process flows via e-mail and phone.
• Manage requests related to updates, changes, creation on process ARIS flows
• Liaise with other business areas to complete processes, engage the teams to increase the usage of ARIS and support them in case of any transition
The Responsibilities is not limited to above and will involve any changes in future processes / scope of this role to ensure that the services are delivered with all the changes in knowledge Management CoE
Experience / skills required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in English is a most. Depend on o the location Spanish and or Hungarian.
• Understands (deep knowledge is desired) of ARIS tool, Epiplex and Articulate 360.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and use data. Have a keen eye for detail, and a huge passion for maintaining accurate data.
• Working knowledge of all components of a Center of Excellence
• Ability to understand process principles and consistent application
• Ability to build great relationships across all DIAGEO
• Ensures agreed deliverables and service levels are met to defined SLA’s
• Reviews processes and provides feedback in order to assist in continuous process improvement
• Ability to prioritise effectively, switching effectively between calls and emails and balancing activating new queries with resolving existing one.

• Enthusiastic team worker, able to build great working relationships across diverse styles and a variety of collaborators
• Lives and breathes accuracy and detail, gets it right first time
