Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting (completed or currently studying) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a trainee accountant role Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential, due to frequent client interaction and internal communication Knowledge of full audit and assurance engagements Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting full audit and assurance engagements Prepare annual financial statements Perform VAT and PAYE reviews and submissions Conduct data analysis and reconciliations Perform substantive testing on account balances and transactions Assist with tax computations, submissions, and SARS compliance Handle general accounting functions: bookkeeping, invoicing, debtors, and trial balance Liaise with clients and offer professional accounting support Maintain SARS accounts and manage tax clearance applications Advantageous Software Experience: GreatSoft Draftworx CaseWare Pastel SharePoint
