Support with daily accounting operationsSupport Month end close activitiesReaching of established Key performance indicatorsAd-hoc tasks according to requirements of businessOccasional communication with internal customers in order to resolve requests effectivelyResponsibilities:
One way match process - Creation of one-way invoices (Financial posting) – Debit memo/Credit memo/Write offTwo-way match process - Creation of two-way invoices – Discrete invoices (Pre-Production, Tooling, Engineering, Services)Three way match process - Sales orders maintenance - Payment Terms, Incoterms, Purchase Order Number, Payer / Ship to / Bill to party, Platform Code, Program number, Tax, Currency, Billing Block, Deletion of itemsInvoice maintenance - Mass creation, Release onto accounting, Cancelation and Re-invoicingBlocked Billing resolution – Pricing error, accounting interface, Foreign Data (Commodity codes, Country of origin, Mode of Transport)Blocked Billing reports – Creation of Blocked Billing reports on weekly and monthly base (SAP & Excel)Sox Controls – Preparation of Sox Controls for audit purposesCertification of invoices
