What You’ll Be Doing:
Financial Reporting-Prepare monthly reporting packs and insightful reports for key business entities.-Assist with actual and forecast cash flow reports for corporate entities—gain exposure to strategic financial planning.
General Ledger-Post month-end journals in Microsoft BC and perform balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.-Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Reconciliations-Maintain fixed asset registers and reconcile intercompany transactions.-Perform quarterly reconciliations for non-operating entities.-Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations across local and foreign currency accounts—build your global finance skills!
Compliance-Assist in preparing BAS returns for entities across multiple jurisdictions—develop your understanding of international tax compliance.
What We’re Looking For:-Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting-Positive attitude, energetic, and enjoys contributing to a fun and supportive team culture-Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)-Solid understanding of reconciliations and financial processes-Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Competent user of Microsoft Office and other software packages-Organised, flexible, and thrives in a team environment-Willingness to undertake CPA or CA designation
