In your new role as Junior Account Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of your assigned customer portfolio.You build strong relationships with your customers, coordinate related activities in sales-relevant processes, and support product portfolio management for our clients.You work with innovative tools like Salesforce to ensure efficient management of the customer portfolio.You communicate and coordinate relevant commercial topics directly with the team leadership to promote effective collaboration and clear goal achievement.Additionally, you ensure that BASF Polyurethanes Europe's quality management procedures are consistently adhered to in daily operations. Your expertise is in demand! You create rolling monthly sales forecasts for your customers and provide input for annual planning.
