Have you ever considered the Iowa Judicial Branch as a career path? Now is the time! The First Judicial District has an immediate opening for a Judicial Operations Clerk to join our team supporting Juvenile Court Services in the Dubuque County Juvenile Court Services office in Dubuque, Iowa.
The starting salary for new State employees is expected to be at the base of the pay range. The pay range for this position is $21.42/hour - $33.86/hour. Adjustments may be made if the successful applicant has relevant experience. This is a contract-covered, FLSA non-exempt position.
Hours:Monday – Friday 8:00A – 4:30P

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following:

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisors and Chief Juvenile Court Officer, candidates will have the desire to learn the complexities of our court case processing system using our statewide Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). This position may occasionally involve travel to other counties in the district.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
The Judicial Operations Clerk will be assigned a limited number of functions and will be
trained to gradually obtain the knowledge and capability of performing more complex duties.
Applicants must meet minimum requirements to be considered for the position.
1. High school diploma (or high school equivalency diploma).
2. One (1) year of experience involving customer service.
Education cannot be substituted for customer service experience.
