We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we hire the best talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
