You have:

Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related fieldPassion for technology with a foundation in telecommunications and networking (IP, routing).Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability across diverse tasks.Excellent communication and teamwork with a collaborative, flexible mindset.

It would be nice if you also had:

Strong understanding of telecom principles, TCP/IP networking, and network performance troubleshooting.Skilled in data analysis and Python scripting to identify trends and automate solutions.Previous Nokia internship or co-op experience is beneficial
 Design and configure network hardware across copper, fiber optics, and wireless technologies.Apply 5G, ORAN, and cloud RAN concepts in lab testing and real-world scenarios.Troubleshoot WAN circuits including DIA, Broadband, Starlink, Cellular, and POTS.Collaborate with engineers to analyze performance and drive system improvements.Explore emerging tech in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing while building network security skills.
