The Jr. Staff Accountant role plays a key part in the Accounting function of the organization and reports directly to the Controller. This diverse position handles account analysis and reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, as well as handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. Our Client is specifically seeking a bright and motivated individual that will be promotable in the future. They have a wonderful team-based culture and value work/life balance. Minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/related in addition to 2+ years of related experience in an accounting position. Must be systems savvy with at least intermediate level MS Excel skills. Experience in the construction industry is a big plus, nut not required.
