**Description**
The Leidos DECO Division is both established and growing. Our DECO Program Operations team provides the functional support for this $590M+ and growing organization across 14 current contracts / task orders along with the on contract and competitive growth opportunities. Within the DECO organizations is the GSM-O II IDIQ program with a worldwide team currently supporting 12 active task orders on an IDIQ with a $6.5B ceiling and $3.2B current lifecycle value along with task orders on the SETI IDIQ and other programs. The division Program Operations Organization has functional responsibilities including finance, contracts, subcontracts, proposal operations, past performance, quality HR and talent acquisition and process operations including security, data management, and infrastructure,.
We are seeking a highly motivated, well organized and detail-oriented Program Liaison with strong communication skills and interest and ability to support various projects and engage with internal team members and customers to move processes forward. Among other projects, in this role, you will be instrumental in assisting new employees with their onboarding process by serving as a liaison between the company's security team, multiple Task Order Project Managers (PMs), hiring managers, and the government customer.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ownership of Onboarding Process as a Project: Take full responsibility for organizing, executing and managing the day-to-day actions associated with new hire onboarding process and staff cutovers for new task orders, ensuring that all documentation, security clearances, system accesses, and training are completed and tracked efficiently. This includes coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and Leidos Security to ensure that each new hire meets all requirements. By owning this process, you will independently manage day-to-day tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the program. You will be responsible for ensuring all onboarding requirements are met and tracked in a timely manner. Your ability to work across teams and manage multiple objectives will contribute to keeping the onboarding process aligned with project milestones.
+ Database Management: Maintain and oversee the Division staffing and training database, ensuring that personnel data is accurate and up-to-date. As the owner of the database, you will ensure its effectiveness in tracking staffing, training progress, and compliance with program objectives. Your attention to detail and organization will play a key role in helping to meet project goals.
+ New Hire Ticketing System: Take ownership of entering new hire requests into the New Hire Ticketing System, ensuring that all requests are processed efficiently and tracked throughout the onboarding lifecycle. This will require managing individual tasks while contributing to the broader program objectives.
+ Building Access & Account Requests: Oversee the coordination of building access, CAC requests, account setups, and SIPR tokens for new employees. You will ensure these requests are processed efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arise between Leidos Security and the GOV customer. Your ability to handle these tasks will contribute to maintaining smooth operations for all new hires.
+ Ft. Meade New Hire Coordination: Manage the Ft. Meade new hire process by providing Day 1 instructions and ensuring all necessary onboarding tasks are completed. Your ability to coordinate this effort will ensure that new hires are properly prepared and integrated into the program. This requires on-site presence on Ft. Meade on Mondays (DISA’s onboarding day) when there are new hires at that location. This would nominally be two Mondays a month but could be all four Mondays depending on the new hire load.
+ Support Leidos Security: Assist Leidos Security in the preparation and processing of TN renewals with lead time to task order start dates and other security-related actions. You will be an integral part of ensuring compliance and meeting security requirements for all employees.
+ Assist the Sr. Liaison with tracking for OCONUS Employees: Manage Synchronized Pre-deployement & Operational Tracker (SPOT) and Letter of Authorization (LOA) tracking for OCONUS employees, ensuring that all actions are completed within scope and deadlines. You will be responsible for the successful completion of personnel actions for overseas staff.
+ Assist the Sr. Liaison with GFP Tracking: Take responsibility for tracking Government Furnished Property (GFP) for the division, ensuring accurate records are maintained and compliance is met. Your proactive approach will help ensure program success by preventing issues with asset accountability.
+ Additional Duties: As needed, take on other projects and task assignments that support the broader objectives of the division. Your ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks, while staying aligned with overall program goals, will help drive the success of the project team.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
+ Previous Experience in personnel administration, database management, or logistics
+ Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearnce
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Effective presentation skills
+ Internal and external customer interface skills
+ Familiarity with SharePoint or similar software
+ Well organized, detail oriented with interest and focus on process efficiency.
+ Ability to be on site at Ft. Meade on Monday nominally 2 weeks of each month and up to weekly.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Active DoD Secret security clearance.
+ Experience with personnel management systems or databases is preferred
+ Knowledge of security clearances, onboarding processes, and government contracting is a plus

**Pay Range:**
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
