How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Jr Planner Ad Sales will join the team to support the end-to-end execution of multiplatform advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with Sales, Strategic Planning, Ad Operations, Legal, Finance, and Billing teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy from order entry through campaign delivery to final reconciliation, directly impacting the efficiency, transparency, and success of our commercial operations across TV, digital, and streaming platforms.

The Jr Planner Ad Sales will be responsible for:

Receiving orders and flowcharts from clients/agencies and coordinating with the Ad Operations team for booking.Generating booking reports for the Planning team and requesting post-transmission reports to reconcile campaigns.Reviewing and coordinating insertion orders to ensure accuracy before and after booking, and communicating status updates to external stakeholders.Tracking booked revenue and performing weekly reconciliations to confirm proper campaign delivery.Troubleshooting pre-emptions or inventory issues in collaboration with the Media Planner or Account Manager.Generating campaign performance reports using systems such as MYDAS and Advisor/NCS Lite.Conducting monthly TV account reconciliations and managing reconciliation letter signatures on behalf of Disney.Assisting with aircheck (“testigo”) requests by downloading content from vendor platforms.Preparing and delivering accurate weekly/monthly transmission reports to agencies and clients as needed.Supporting finance and research-related requests, including basic post-buy analysis.Processing billing adjustment requests prior to submission to the Finance team.Creating and formatting documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Assisting with special projects across multiplatform and multi-pillar initiatives.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

1+ years of experience, preferably in Advertising or Marketing industries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with basic research platforms (TechEdge, IBOPE, Nielsen).Advanced English level, both written and spoken.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.Solid analytical and organizational planning capabilities.
