Leverage legal expertise to protect and promote Crocs’ business in China.
What You'll Do1. Commercial Legal Support
Draft and review contracts for retail leases, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, wholesale distribution, and marketing.
Support business growth and market expansion.
2. Brand Protection
Collaborate with the corporate IP team to safeguard intellectual property.
Assist in anti-counterfeit and anti-knockoff efforts.
3. Compliance
Support compliance efforts in areas such as Cybersecurity Law, PIPL, advertising regulations, labeling standards, and FCPA.
Assist the Legal Director in regulatory monitoring and implementation.
4. Dispute Resolution
Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and arbitration.
Support internal teams in resolving consumer complaints and managing crises.
What You'll Bring to the TableMinimum 2 years in law firms
1–2 years in a multinational corporation, preferably in the retail sector
Certification: PRC Legal Professional Qualification (mandatory)
