i3 has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to support the Naval Research Laboratory, Tactical Electronic Warfare Division. The TEWD's mission is to protect the warfighter from emerging threats by advancing electronic warfare (EW) through RDT&E of current and future technologies.
Responsibilities Contributing team member in the research, design, development, test, and analysis of EW subsystems, specifically electronic support measures (ESM).Design and develop hardware, software, and firmware.Develop and implement algorithms for use in EW applications. QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.Proficient C/C++ developer.Experience designing, developing, and testing electronic and digital circuits.Experience debugging embedded software.Working knowledge of digital signal processing.Experience with MATLAB in simulation and data analysis.U.S. Citizenship.Other duties as assigned.Desired:
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.Two (2+) years of experience.Working knowledge of radar and communication systems.Experience with electronic test equipment.Experience with General-Purpose Graphics Processing Unit (GPGPU) programming or the use of code generator frameworks such as Simulink.Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.Physical Demands:
