Insight Global is hiring for a Jr. Business/Data Analyst to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This analyst is joining the Location Lifecycle Management team within Customer Operations thats comprised of 12 people. This team is responsible for managing part of the RDOF or Rural Digital Opportunity Fund initiative. This is an estimated 6-year initiative to expand their footprint or services in rural areas. This initiative is estimated to activate or add 1.1 million customers to the company. This data analyst will be responsible for working with various groups and stakeholders, extracting their data from multiple sources, identifying any gaps or discrepancies, then being able to report their findings. This data will be pertaining to all things regarding customer addresses: location attributes, duplicates, fall outs, etc. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will be able to understand & write business requirements that are gathered from the various teams they are working with. On a day-to-day, this analyst will be partaking in project related discussions: team meetings, stakeholder meetings, working with technical and non-technical teams, providing reporting on the data they formatting, and be able to provide explanation analysis to the team on the data so they better understand.
