Your role at Baxter

This role will be responsible for entering into the system all the invoices or any other payment request document for payment. The process must be done on time, accurate, following the Baxter policies regarding authorization payment approval, authorization matrix, inventory receiving tolerance, purchase order set up and creation, Invoice review understanding and correct taxes and retention applications, purchase order issues, discrepancies among others.

What you'll be doing

We perform accurate and timely invoice processing of all those invoices received for LATAM.

We track invoices with issues in the tracker tool in a timely manner. Support other troubleshooters with the issues. resolution.

We provide good service to internal and external customers. Work with the corresponding parties in order to resolve.

We align with the daily invoice quota or with the minimum established by the supervisor.

We understand the 0101 policy of the Corporate Policies and Procedures Manual, along with the Accounts payable PO, Non-PO.

We attend meetings with customers, suppliers and Baxter personnel at all levels of the organization.

We provide guidance to customers in the processing tasks and resolution of Accounts Payable’s issues.

We make sure all services provided align with SLA’s, S-Ox, and Corporate Policies.

We perform other duties and responsibilities as the need arises by the manager.

We drive improvement initiatives for implemented processes.

We resolve any issue with the supervisor and establish action plan to avoid same issue to happen again.

We prepare any reporting require by the customer or supervisor.

We ensure the understanding of audit processes held by the country entities and the implications of those.

We provide in a timely manner any support documentation requested by any audited process.

We ensure proper training/update on tax changes or any other regulatory/statutory requirement applicable to the process.

We ensure the information related to customer regulations is updated in the SOP.

We review in bi-annual basis the SOPs.

We inform to the supervisor any urgent issue that might impact the operation.

We ensure to follow the right scalation process within the SSC and the Local Country.

We have sense of urgency and inform in a timely manner to the supervisor of any potential issue that might impact the operation.
