About the role:

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer with knowledge in AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will support the development and maintenance of enterprise applications, participate in agile ceremonies, and help manage cloud-based systems in a rotational support environment. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

A day in this role:

Develop, test, and maintain Java J2EE applications. Design and implement basic AWS cloud solutions with guidance. Participate in agile practices such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Provide rotational support for production systems and resolve incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage email communication with internal and external stakeholders. Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing. The expertise requested: 1–2 years of experience in Java development (J2EE or Spring preferred). Exposure to AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Comfortable using Git and CI/CD tools. Desired or nice to have skills: Willingness to learn and grow in cloud and backend technologies. Ability to adapt to a rotational support schedule.
