Primary Purpose The Sales Analyst is a key contributor to the Revenue Operations team, focused on driving sales team effectiveness through data, insights, and process optimization. This role supports the development and maintenance of analytics models, reporting tools, and RevOps processes that inform decision-making and accelerate growth. Whether answering ad-hoc business questions or developing scalable reporting solutions, the Junior Sales Analyst plays an essential role in identifying opportunities, streamlining workflows, and fueling continuous improvement across the sales organization. Essential Functions • Maintain and enhance existing sales reporting dashboards, tools, and models that support Sales and Revenue Operations teams • Deliver timely, accurate insights and performance analyses in response to business questions or changing conditions • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support pipeline management, forecasting, and goal tracking • Assist in the identification of process inefficiencies and support initiatives to improve sales productivity and workflow • Support data quality efforts across CRM and sales analytics systems, ensuring reliability and accuracy of key inputs • Create clear, compelling visuals and summaries that help stakeholders take informed action • Document recurring processes and support the scaling of reporting best practices • Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
