Job Description Supports the design and continuous improvement of business processes by facilitating workshops, analyzing data to establish baselines, aligning with CX and operational goals, and collaborating on service improvement initiatives to drive KPI performance and process sustainability.Work Design Facilitation and Process Baselining
1. Leverages VOC, VOE, and VOP to drive improvement initiatives and ensure that customer-centric experiences are consistently delivered.
2. Partners with the Process Architect in designing and maintaining the process development roadmap, aligning with strategic release planning.
3. Facilitates collaborative workshops with process practitioners and management to gather insights and align on process roadmap priorities.
4. Synthesizes workshop outcomes into actionable process documentation and improvement recommendations.
5. Validates process improvements through testing and on-ground implementation checks to ensure accurate execution.
6. Conducts regular process health checks against defined KPIs to track effectiveness and measure realized benefits from released improvements.
Process Improvement Partner
1. Develops and maintains end-to-end stitched Level 3 (L3) processes, including identification of key process KPIs and monitoring metrics, in close alignment with process owners. Serves as the custodian of L4 process integrity and evolution.
2. Co-leads with Process Architect the service improvement initiatives focused on achieving target customer experiences and KPI outcomes. Provides the methodology, strategic direction, and coaching to Service Improvement Champions, ensuring full alignment with the service blueprint and customer journey.
3. Performs periodic measurement of critical KPIs linked to ongoing improvement efforts. Recommends automation opportunities and capability enhancements to strengthen process performance and sustainability.
