Experienced Project Management professionals with expertise in direct sourcing and procurement - supply chain management for product components preferably healthcare devices

· Proven track record in establishing and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) for large-scale procurement or direct sourcing initiatives, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing sectors.
· Expertise in managing complex, multi-phase projects with a minimum of 5 years of PMO leadership experience.
· Demonstrated ability to fully own and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
· Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
· Strong background in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes.
